8 Days until D-Day

I finished work over three weeks ago and this is my first blog entry since then; shame on me! Steve always beats me to updating his blog with our latest news. Steve is so on top of this blogging; I do hope he is the same at keeping up with Bumps toilet needs. To be honest, I have to say I feel very lucky and confident to have Steve by my side during this special time in our lives. I know Steve will be a great Daddy and be very supportive. All through my pregnancy Steve has been a God send, encouraging, supportive and most of all patient. All these qualities and we have not even hit the delivery suite yet!

I am now ready for Bump to make his/her appearance but something tells me Bump is not coming out until he/she really has to. Steve keeps saying Bump will make an entrance on the Bank holiday weekend so that every birthday can be one long celebration. If Bump is anything like me and wants to have long birthdays then that will be the case because, I used to try and make my birthdays last about a week. The fact I have a big family and need to fit the partying in with everyone seemed to be my excuse. Anyway, we are now in single figures and are awaiting Bumps arrival.
