Aches & Pains

I have been feeling pretty uncomfortable these last few days and decided to call the Midwife just to make sure this was normal. I think maybe I worry too much but as this is my first pregnancy I am not sure what to expect. I seem to be getting a lot of aches in my tummy in the afternoons, so I have put that down to the amount of time I am sitting at my desk without moving. Also, the baby is growing and my uterus is moving up, so I am sure this is adding to me being uncomfortable. My midwife confirmed all my thoughts and told me to try ang get up and walk around every 30 mins. I am trying to move from my desk a little more but my boss would not exactly agree to me walking around the office every half an hour.

I have also found that I get very uncomfortable if I eat too much. I am now eating smaller potions more often and this seems to help. Another problem is trying to find a comfortable position to sleep in. I seem to just get into a sleep position and then need to move. Oh well, I guess all the aches and pains of becoming a mother are all part of the experience.
